Solution to prevent inside rust formation on tubing after powder coating?

Q. Hi,

I am doing powder coating on the outer surface of tube (material : Carbon Steel). But inside of the tube remain un-treated. After a period of time rust being generated at inside of the tube. If anyone have solution to prevent inside rust generation, please let me know.

A. Hi Sapan. Do you zinc phosphatize this tubing, by immersion, before the powder coating? If not, that's the first step in solving the problem.
