Incralac Supplier in Germany or the Netherlands

May 13, 2013

Q. I am a goldsmith who also makes brass sculptures.
I am busy putting the finishing touches on a complicated brass sculpture called the Palindrome Cannon.

I need help in finding a supplier of Incralac this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] in either Germany of the Netherlands.
I have found one in the UK, but the transport costs are about 6 times more that the product costs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hans Meevis

A. Hi Hans. Does it really need to be purchased by brand name rather than by the performance of the brass lacquer? G.J. Nikolas [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] has good products and a good distribution system.

A. Dear Hans!

Try Kremer Pigmente GmbH - 1 liter Incralac this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] = 48 E! Or Deffner & Johann GmbH. You can make your own clearcoat too: dissolve 75 gms Paraloid B 44 resin in 1 lit toluene, pretreat your object with 3 % benzotriazole this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] solution/dissolved in ethanol!

Hope it helps and good luck!

thumbs up signThank you Goran.
I contacted the suppliers you suggested and Viola! I have the Incralac this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] .
Very, very much appreciated.

Also to Ted, I contacted the supplier you mentioned but I received no response. Maybe the query got lost?

Anyway, thank you to both of you.
Cheers, Hans
