Q. I would like to know the following details for the Aluminum thermal spray coating on carbon steel substrate for Marine application:

1. Aluminum thermal spray coating - Procedure with substrate preparation method.
2. Finish (seal coat) material with detail composition and supplier name.

A. That would take several books to cover all of the possibilities.
Basically, you have given no useful information. Even with a great deal of information, the answer is to long for a simple answer at a site like this.
I think that you need to find a good consultant that can sit down with you and find out enough information to be able to design a complete system for you.
The cost can be considerable. You might want to contract the work out for a while.
