Reducing Chloride Content in Sulpho-chrome Pickling Solution
September 25, 2012
Q. I have pitting problem with sulpho-chrome pickle solution used for pickling of aluminium of 2024 materials specially. The chloride content is increased in the bath. I want to reduce chloride content without discarding partial quantity of solution or without preparing new solution. Please suggest any methods to reduce the chloride content in this Sulpho-chrome solution.
