How to measure the powder density

Q. Sir,
I am PhD student. I am doing electroless nickel and copper coatings on carbon nanotubes for metal matrix composite applications. I would like to know the density of carbon nanotube powders before and after the electroless coatings.

A. I really don't know anything about the subject but since nobody has answered your question in almost a month I will risk my ignorant idea. Controlled flotation in different media with known densities. Obviously surface tension and trapped bubbles would have to be totally avoided.
