What is NTA893A Finish?

Q. Can someone please tell me what NTA893A finish is?

A. Hi John.

It appears to me to be a spec for painting Agusta Westland helicopters. Since I can't find other applications for it, I'd assume it's their own spec and contact them about it. Good luck.
