Efficient Racking/Handling for Anodizing of small profiles

Q. Hello Sir,

We are having a problem in figuring out how to efficiently do the anodizing process on the small profiles.

Our market requires small profile such as angle 3/8" and Channel 3/8".

It will be highly appreciated if you can kindly share any method of doing a more efficient way of anodizing the small profiles altogether, rather than hanging it one by one on the anodizing side bar.

Thank you for your kind attention.

Regards,

A. Hi Anto.

If you can send a picture or sketch to clarify the situation, it might help. We don't know if you are racking horizontally or vertically, and whether you are using a titanium, or aluminum custom designed rack, or you are just wiring the articles to the work bar. But in the meanwhile ...

Custom designed titanium racks would probably result in the lowest labor cost, and there are semi-automated methods/machines which can align the components and hold the contact fingers of the racks open, etc.

Luck and Regards,
