Zinc-Nickel Brush Plate Solution

Q. Is anyone aware of any low-hydrogen-embrittlement solutions for brush plating zinc-nickel that is certified to AMS2451/9 (or will meet the requirements of it)?
The only one I am aware of is from Sifco 4018/5970, however, they only certify to a Boeing specification rather than the AMS due to the type of sample per ASTM F519 (AMS calls for a Type 1a.1 and the Boeing calls for a Type 1a.2).
