Hi,
What does Saturn silver glossy finish means? Can we obtain this finish in Anodising Process? Please clarify.

Hi, Ananth.

I don't think anyone in the whole world can answer that question except the customer you are quoting; so I don't think you have any reason to feel embarrassed over not knowing what they want, and asking for clarification :-)
