Is cleaning Armetale to original state after dishwashing possible?

I have Armetale dinner ware that has been put in the dishwasher too much and has oxidized.

Hi, Kristi

Dishwasher detergent is highly alkaline and damaging to most metal ware with the exception of stainless steel. You can try scrubbing it with vinegar in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , but I suspect that the only way to restore it is to power buff it.
