Electroless Nickel Class 4
October 28, 2011
An aluminum base gets coated with e'less nickel, then a thin gold strike, and finally a silver coating. How can the class 4 requirement be achieved for the e'less nickel? Is it still considered Class 4 E'less Ni even if the heat treatment is performed having the gold and silver layers over the nickel layer? Thank you very much, I really appreciate your support.
