October 28, 2011
I have a client that wants to powdercoat over g60 galvanized fencing; will the coating stay on for any length of time?

Powdercoating on galv is like any other painting on galvanizing - totally reliant on the pretreatment.
If you use a good powder and a competent pretreatment system (probably at least 6-8 stages including rinses) you could expect 30 years performance.
