Anodizing Racking

I have a small manufacturing facility that we just installed a small anodizing line in. To date we have used titanium and aluminum racks. We make a number of low volume parts that we now want to anodize. Most the parts have threaded holes in them that do not need to be anodized. Can we make aluminum racks and use stainless screws to hold the parts to the racks? I have read that using stainless as part of the electrical stream is not recommended. Is it only because of current capacity issues? Thanks for your help!!

Absolutely not, do not use SS in the anodizing process. It will burn/dissolve the screw, and not only that, most likely trash the hole that it was screwed into.

Titanium or Aluminum screws are your options, if you want to rack in a threaded hole.

Using stainless screw it not a good idea; it will be consumed by the current, better use aluminum or titanium screw.
