Racking material for electropolishing SS 304
Actually I am using stainless steel wire to electropolish small parts of ss 304 material (2 cm x 2.5 cm) in addition to its natural bad conductivity, I have some problems with contact with bar.
I am trying to improve conductivity and contact, which material is the most adequate for this purpose on this type of bath?
Working temperature 95 C
Phosphoric acid based plus additive
Thanks

Try bronze.

Thanks.
I guess it does not represent a of bath contamination; I will try out.
