Controlled stripping of tin from copper plated contacts

Hi,
I need some special contacts and because of time pressure, I cannot get them fast enough for my application. I found some but they are Sn plated.
I was wondering if is there any controlled way (electrical) to remove plated Sn from Cu contacts with out disturbing the Cu substrate.
Thank you.

Try anodic stripping in a hot alkaline solution, such as 20% sodium hydroxide at about 60-70° C
