Draw polishing of EMed micro surfaces

I am searching for an effective way to produce a SPE B-1 finish on EDMed surfaces that measure .003"-.005" wide by .020 long. I use ultrasonic and ceramic flex stones and the stones break down too rapidly.

I have processed a lot of small parts before, but this is about the smallest I've heard about. I have experimented with ultrasonics and am not sure about the system you are talking about; therefore, I can only tell you that you can float a small container in a tank system with a fine abrasive such as talc, or pumice in a solution heavier than water and this may achieve the results you are looking for. You must not put too many pieces in container, you need separation. Lastly, you still maybe able to achieve a good result with a small vibratory machine working only part on part contact.
