White rust after shipping overseas

We are facing frequent problem of white rust or dark/dull gray surface. Our customers are of overseas & the complaints are received only once the consignment is reached at customer end.

Hi, Satish. You haven't given us much to go by yet :-)

The graphic looks like your product is a bank of heat exchangers? Are they hot dip galvanized? Is there a chrome passivation step? Are you sure they are completely dry before shipment? Are they shipped assembled as shown, or as individual pieces? Do they have any opportunity to "breathe" during storage and shipment.

Regards,
