Plated baby shoes

I just had some baby shoes plated and was wanting to see if someone on here could look at some pictures and let me know if this is how they should turn out. I am so unhappy with them I could cry. If someone could please help me with this I would appreciate it.

Well I have seen plated baby shoes before and the ones in your pictures certainly look like others I have seen. Either that or some one has painted them silver. Are they not supposed to be plated?

Probably shoes are silver plated electroformed copper, probably clearcoated too. Remove old clearcoat (try acetone this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] Warning! highly Flammable! ), polish with silver polishing cloth and clearcoat them again. Hope it helps and good luck!
