Hi, Mohammed

Some of your questions seem to be previously addressed on the site. If you will be patient with the search engine, you should find a few starting points.

Realistically, you may want to retain a consultant to put together a strategy for gaining control of your process, including a list of what you need to analyze for in each of your process tanks and how best to do it. But if you start by giving us a list of your tanks and their contents, and what your customer wants you to analyze for in each of them, maybe we start some comments flowing. Good luck.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the prompt reply, let's discuss the real issue that we have 2 to 3 testing methods (Titration procedures) to know the real concentration and iron content in pickling and flux bath.

After using the all above 2-3 methods we are not getting accurate results, I can forward the testing procedures or steps if you are interested to review.

Kindly guide or forward if you have some other methods

Regards
Mohammed

Hi, again.

I am neither a galvanizer nor a lab tech, Mohammed, so I probably can't personally review the methods you are using. I'm just the site administrator, charged with the responsibility to try to organize the forum in a way that will move the discussions forward, and reasonably familiar with what it takes after 20 years of trying :-)

I've learned that if people ask for a better way to do something than the way they do it, without saying how they do it, their question rarely gets a response :-)

So I'd say, yes, please at least briefly summarize the method that you use and in what ways it is unsatisfactory.

Good Luck and regards,
