Having problems manufacturing the point of common nails

We are using Grade SAE 1008 for drawing wire from 5.5 mm to 3.5 mm for manufacture of common wire nail, irrespective of using NEW KNIFES, duly sharpend again and again we are getting a Butterfly wing on the POINT of our NAIL can anyone explain.

Could this be that whilst drawing we are not getting a 100% proper descaling, as whilst starting our drawing we start descaling but we are only getting about a 70% clean descaled material besides if we use 6 Rollers we are getting a sort of a running line all along, but if we use just 2 Rollers on the descaler then this line is eliminated but then descaling is bare minimum.
