Corrosion protection for Aluminum at 420° C
I have an aluminum substrate that needs to be in a semi-corrosive environment in vacuum at about 420° C. Is there a coating I can put on this that will not break down, will not come off due to difference in thermal expansion, and will not expose cracks due to said expansion?

Maybe you should reconsider the situation. Aluminum is not generally suitable for such high temperatures unless properly cooled. If exposure is prolonged and cooling is not provided, hardly will your part survive, no matter what coating on it. Aluminum melting point is 660° C. Many alloys start to soften at not more that 250° C, and by 350° C most will creep and distort heavily.
