Suggested paint for plastic playhouse?

I recently purchased a plastic playhouse (looks like a castle) for my daughter. The castle is all-gray, with intricate floral & heart details. I want to paint where the details are to make them stand out, but I'm not sure what to use or how to make it stay. All I know is that I need to use non-toxic products. The castle has a recycling code of 2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Krylon Fusion (spray can or brush on available) would most likely work in your application.
Much more info in this post from a few years back.
