Cannot clean copper roses

Hello, my name is Brenda. I am an artist who makes roses out of copper... The problem I am running into is the discoloration caused by using a torch to braze the petals onto the stem. I cannot seem to get the oxidization off enough to patina the rose, I would rather not use any real caustic chemicals, and my Dremel this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] only goes so far in cleaning them due to the arrangement of the petals. Can any body give me some ideas? Thank you so much.
