Galvanic disaster? Aluminum sign faces / Galvanized steel posts / aluminum post brackets

Hello there - we're a sign business in south Florida with an interesting question from a customer ... with the combined installation in a Caribbean Island location of aluminum sign faces / Galvanized steel posts & aluminum post brackets with fasteners, how do we provide accurate guidance on the risks of corrosion if any after several years exposure?
Thank You.

There are established salt spray standards for corrosion resistance. It is likely that those standards would help you evaluate the materials in question.

ASTM B117 is likely the standard you want. It is much more difficult than you might think.
