Why is Potassium Thiocyanate used in Copper Cyanide Bath?
Please, can somebody tell me why some Copper Cyanide baths use a small amount of potassium thiocyanate ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ?

It acts as a brightener but do not use without working out how much to use from Hull Cell tests
