Wire drawing without Pickling
Sir, We are an M.S. wire drawing unit (Cold Drawing). We have to avoid Pickling process using HCl, but do not want to deteriorate the surface quality. Is there any lubricant etc. available to avoid Pickling Process? Is there any chemical available to control the fumes?

Dear Nikhil.
I think there is no other alternative than pickling line... you have to pickle wire before galvanizing...
