Hot tin dip bath composition and additives?




sir I want to make a hot tin dip bath what is the process of bath and any addition of chemical ?

Hi, Amit.

To my knowledge there is nothing in the tin bath but melted tin at about 550 to 600° F. However, please explain what you are trying to do so that an alarm can go off for more knowledgable readers who may want to advise you about specific issues. For example, there may be specifics that apply to coating superconductor wire vs. copper sheet vs. iron castings.
