Polishing compound for stainless steel tubes

Can anyone recommend a buffing compound or polishing product that will help blend finished (ground) areas of stainless steel with the original grain. We are having issues with our finished areas being to pronounced or visibly different that the original grain. I am looking for a stainless steel polish or matching compound that can be used during or after finishing. We manufacture commercial kitchen equipment.

The compound isn't as important as the material applying the pressure to the end product. Suggest you look at non-woven wheels or belts. Blending is an art and normally you will have to do the complete surface of the part
