Black steel
kindly providing me a suggestion for converting cold rolled sheet(low carbon steel) into black steel sheet without any painting and coating as well.

Hi, Ajeet.
I think you are looking for what is called "black oxidizing" in the USA. In India I think it is often called "blackodizing". It consists essentially of immersion in a hot aqueous oxidizing solution like caustic and nitrates. Search this site for "black oxide" and you will find a good deal of info on the process. Good luck.

Hi AJIT,
I think hot annealing the cold rolled sheets in hot furnace with carbon black feed stock oil result in black sheet.
