How to apply PVDF Coating

May I know how to apply pvdf coating, and is any surface preparation required for it ?
I want to do pvdf coating on aluminium sheet which will be dipped in sulfuric acid 30% at a temp. of 50° C. Also inform how long it can work.

As your question has not received any answers, I would suggest you ask your supplier for advice.

Dear Sir,
I have extensive experience with Powder Application but not with the Consumable you suggest, PVDF.
I do know that the pretreatment you suggest would not be suitable for even the basest Powdercoat applications.
I strongly suggest that you follow the advice already given and seek assistance from your consumable supplier.
I fear that your ambition to apply a premium grade top coat will become unstuck by your apparent inability to provide an adequately prepared substrate.
This can only lead to a dissatisfied client and a diminution of the Powdercoat Industry's reputation.
Please do not do it.
I hope this helps to guide you.
Regards,
Bill

Hi, Anand. Bill's advice is right on. Although PVDF coatings (Kynar is one well-known brand name) have a great reputation for very long life, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Upgrading one link helps little if another link is terribly weak. Aluminum requires proper pretreatment, usually a chromate conversion coating sequence. Good luck.
