Restoring Slipperyness to Old Roof
I have a 25 year old factory painted steel roof. Paint is ok some mold and mildew. I am cutting all the trees around it, and washing with TSP and pressure washing it. My question is, how can I make it slippery again? I live in the snow belt and it is common to have 3 or 4 feet of snow on the roof. I replaced 1/2 of it last year, and the snow slid off the new side 3 or 4 times. It had to melt off the other side. I worry about the weight.
Thanks
Rick
