Suggested temperature of chromate solution
I am having a HDG plant in India . I want an advise from anyone to tell me that what should be the temperature of Chromate solution & also is it necessary that the product after dipping in chromate solution should be dried on fire.

Is this a continuous strip galvanizing plant, or a post fabrication hot dip plant?
What temp do you run at now?
Do you dry now?

Dear Mr Geoffe,
My HDG plant is a post fabricated hot dip plant . Presently we are dipping at room temperature(30-35 degree). We do not dry after dipping in chromate solution.
Thanks
