What is Al(PO3)3

I am an assistant professor and have been working on phosphating for more than 1 year. I saw in a few newspapers the existence of Al(PO3)3 compound. To explain my XPS analysis I have to refer these articles. However no one told about its formation mechanism and its structure. Is there anyone who can give me more detail about this (Al(PO)3) compound.
This is extremely important.Thank you in advance.

A hand book lists it as col, tetr, so I assume that it is tetrahedral.
Google aluminum metaphosphate, structure and you should be buried in information.
