Solution for continuous coating of lead bullets with Polyamide 11?
Our company is looking to begin producing PA11 coated lead bullets.
I am wondering if anyone here may have some tips for ensuring a consistent, controllable coating thickness over the complete surface?
Possibly fluid bed?

As PA11 is a thermoplastic powder, you'll need a special machine to coat them without "hanging-point"
Those special machines called "minicoat" or "maxicoat" will do that job for you.
