We sometimes get etching when vibratory finishing




We are job worker in vibratory polishing process. Using oxalic, sodium nitrate this on Amazon [affil link] and hydrogen peroxide in vibrator making addition of 1000 grams of above mixture with 10 liters water for load of 120 kgs spanners some time pitting comes. pl help

Not sure about your chemical compound. Bottom line is watch the pH of the chemical compound. I suggest you run between 6 to 8 pH solution. That means you may have to dilute your product or try something else.
