Does white vinegar corrode all coins the same way?
does white vinegar ⇦in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] corrode pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters in the same way? I know that vinegar does remove rust and stuff from pennies, and also defaces it a little in the process, but does it do the same with the other 3 basic coins? (I'm in 7th grade)

Hi, Kara.
Get four small glass or plastic bowls. Put a couple of ounces of vinegar in each. Put a penny in one, a nickel in another, a dime in another, a quarter in another. Then come back in a week, describe what you see, and ask us again. Good luck.

Another problem. Some, maybe all current coins are sandwich metals, which will react far differently than the older 1 metal alloy coins.
