Will Powdercoated Aluminum stand up to Reclaimed Water?

Can you please tell me if powder coated aluminum can hold up to reclaimed water? We use reclaimed water here in Florida for lawn irrigation and I need to know if this will hold up for mailbox post application.

Thank you in advice for your advise,

My choice would be an architectural quality polyester which is applied over a chromated aluminium or if you have any effluent issues using a chromate... then over a zirconium phosphate pretreatment. This will help to check any disbondment of the powder film from the substrate should the coating becomes damaged.
