Discoloration after passivation
Well we are doing the pickling and passivation of cladded ( Inconel 825 ) pipes. Well the problem is, during and after cleaning we are getting, yellowish/ greenish in color. What would be reason ?

Does Inconel 825 need to be passivated?
Being a high nickel content material, I would suspect the yellow-green color is from the nickel.
