Need consultant for copper purification and cathode production

Hi I'm interested in starting a project of copper purification. means using used copper wires to make 99.9% pure copper cathodes. Can somebody explain me the process and if you are a qualified consultant I would like to get your services on my project. I'm talking about a project of 100 tonnes a month. E-mail me
