Tin plating abrades away too easily

Hi every one

Our base material is copper 110 in reels; we are plating the reels with Nickel and then Selective Matte tin on a reel to reel plating line. We have tried to do it by film or belt but we having a problem with the final tin results: it is very easy to abrade.

Can you suggest what is wrong in the progress? We know some products which the Tin cannot go down from the Nickel so easily or at all.

Many thanks
Dror

Dror,
You don't mention your process on the reel to reel line. We would have to know more regarding reel speed, activation, cell sizes, etc.
