Hi, Kaliyappan. Two books that cover phosphating well include Preparation of Metal for Painting ⇦[this on Amazon affil links] and "Phosphating of Metals" by Rausch ⇦[this on Amazon or AbeBooks affil links]. A good electrocoating book should be Electrocoating: A Guidebook for Finishers [on Amazon affil links]. Our readers can probably answer highly specific questions for you. Good luck.

If you use a reputable proprietary solution vendor, their tech services can give you answers to all of your items except the CED reaction.
If you are going to use a home brew, it very probably will not work as well and you have no one to help when you have problems.
