Worried about hexavalent chromium in environment in Brazil
January 6, 2011
I am a concerned (American) mom living in Brazil with my 2 small children. Does anyone know what the regulation are here for testing (if any?)
#1 What can I myself do to protect my family?
#2 Does taking a shower etc. have risks if there is chrome present?
#3 Does a water filter take any of the chrome out of the tap?
#4 is bottled water any safer here in Brazil?
Thank you very much for all replies in advance!
