Recovery of silver from silver tip contacts

I have been doing electrical maintenance for the past 16 years. In that time I have accumulated several pounds of silver tipped electrical contacts from Nema style Square D starters, etc. I was looking for a way to properly salvage the silver only. Could anyone offer me any practical help. I would be open to more than one option.
