Best way to do silver coating on copper beryllium alloy
I want to apply silver coating on copper beryllium alloy to increase conductivity, wear resistance & prevent oxidation.
By sputtering this coating is possible?

Hi, Mohammad. Electroplating would probably be the simplest, cheapest, and best developed method. Is there a reason you don't want to do that?

Silver will not add that much to the conductivity as it will be a very thin coat relative to the copper thickness.
It will have a lower wearability. It will have less sliding friction than the copper.
Oxidation is going to depend on the environment that it is in. Could be better and it could be worse.
Hard gold might be a better choice in the long run
