Saccharin content for hard sulfamate nickel

How much solid sodium saccharin do we need to add to a 857 gallon sulfamate nickel plating tank?

Well, that depends on how hard you want it to be and how much you can stand the internal stress to be.
Sulfamate nickel is normally chosen for its near zero internal stress. If you just want hard nickel, take a look at a Watts nickel with appropriate hardeners.
Sodium tungstanate is also a way of getting a hard nickel, but now you are into alloy plating and its added controls.
