Ingredients in Hot Phosphating (Zinc Phosphating)

Dear Sir,
We are using combinations of Zinc Oxide, Phosphoric acid and Sodium hydroxide as Zinc phosphating in cold process. Now as per the customers demand we have to do Hot Phosphating on the parts. Please suggest weather this combination is also used in hot phosphating. we are deriving satisfactory results in cold process.

Hi Akash,

Home-made phosphating products rarely are effective if you don't know what you are doing. Your best bet is to find a reputable supplier who has experience in the business.

You might find information in the patent literature about the composition of phosphating solutions, but that won't help you troubleshoot your line when your run into problems.

Dear AKASH
I suggest to you that if you use hot Phosphating procedure this is better, because I am using hot Phosphating. Cold Phosphating has many problems.
