Decorative gold plating for chandeliers and clocks
HI All
I am from Egypt. I am building a factory for casting silicon bronze art work using lost wax casting like chandeliers, clocks, door knobs and handles, etc.....
I want to design a perfect gold plating line to my products to plate it with 24 Karat gold and I need help in deciding and designing what is the steps (pretreatment and other plating steps before 24 karat gold) I need and the tanks (like number of tanks, temp, if agitation or filters is needed, etc...) that I should use for the full line starting from pretreatment till I get a finished product ready for packing
I read about acid gold, alkaline, neutral and I don't know which is the best for my application.
Thanks
