Pitting of sharply shaped part in dye copper bath

We are plating sub-contractor and we have been having constant pitting problem with sharp shape model compare to rounded shape brass part. Both models go through same dye copper bath and process. Any advise?

Pictures would help.
I am not familiar with a dye copper process, but if you have a problem with the product of a sharp vs rounded parts, current density would be the first place I would look. It may require robbers or shields or different anode placement.

Hi,

I would suggest you to go for an carbon treatment, fine filtration ,also suggest you to do continuous filtration, and add make up brightener more and very less of the leveling dye product additive, add some wetter, and at the end let your component have a cathode movement with mild agitation on the job, please check your current density, let it not be very high.
