White powdercoating has turned yellowish
We are doing long time White color powder coating, recently all the coating become yellowish and the delta-e value is higher than spec. Powder supplier tested his side and found ok. We cannot find out the problem origin? Is it in Owen, or Spraygun issue?

Sounds to me like the coating is getting overbaked. Has your cure oven temp been raised lately? Has there been a change in the time that the parts are in the oven?

Currently, I am doing testing/studies on the Powder coatings (white color) and try to set the parameter for Delta E (<1), Glosiness ( 50,±5), thickness ( 60-80 µm ).
can share something about the Glossiness, Delta E and interrelation to the time we put the parts into Oven for baking?
any other factors effecting the Glossiness and Delta E of painted parts?
appreciate your advice. thanks
