Need a substitute for Solin Products pm base and pm activator

Does anyone have a similar alternative for these products. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to reach Solin Products in California to order their pm base and pm activator stripping solution for use in our manufacturing jewelry shop and no results.
